My fee for counselling sessions for both individuals and couples is $200 per hour. 

My hourly rate for trainings/speaking and professional development offerings is also $200 per hour.

Private yoga classes are billed at $125 per hour.

I can direct bill for counselling sessions as psychological services to most insurance plans. Check with your benefits provider to ensure coverage. I am also an approved provider with WCB and NIHB.

I cannot direct bill for training/speaking services, or for yoga classes.

Course fees are non-refundable.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I love supporting people with their sexuality. This may include a focus on arousal or desire, attraction, sexual functioning, pleasure & sensuality, cultural or religious influences, sexual orientation, different relationship structures, different sexual practices, healing sexual trauma or shame and more. I offer sex education and open, honest discussions about sex so we can bust some myths, learn some things, release fear and shame and not feel alone in the process! Sex therapy may also involve somatic practices or trauma interventions such as EMDR.

I am not a yoga therapist. The yoga classes I teach are recreational in nature, and as such cannot be billed as psychological services. That being said, I do bring yoga into my therapeutic work, both in terms of philosophy and in somatic practices. And as well I do infuse therapeutic concepts into classes that I teach, for example polyvagal theory and mindfulness practices.
