Offering psychological counselling and sex therapy to individuals and couples. My waitlist is currently at around 4-5 months wait time. 

Offering clinical supervision for Master's Level Practicum students (full until January 2025) and provisional psychologists. I also offer clinical consultation to fellow psychologists and other mental health professionals. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR Consultant so can provide consultation for therapists working towards certification.

I am trained as a vinyasa/hatha style yoga teacher and also also certified in Buti yoga (Buti & Primal Flow). I currently offer private group yoga classes at your venue or virtually. I will also be offering pop up classes in 2024! Watch for details!
